Through the concepts of Restaurant Epilogo and Restaurant Dante, Chef Kerekeš creates distinctive dining experiences that combine authenticity, innovation, and the natural flavours of the Adriatic region.

Breakfast

À la carte breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 11:00, offering a refined selection of dishes prepared with fresh Mediterranean ingredients. Guests can enjoy a variety of homemade pastries, seasonal specialties, and freshly baked croissants, all carefully crafted in-house each morning to ensure exceptional quality and flavour.

Restaurant Epilogo

Restaurant Epilogo offers a refined gastronomic experience inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and the rich cultural heritage of Dubrovnik.

Guests are invited to discover two carefully curated tasting menus created from seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers. Each dish represents a contemporary interpretation of Mediterranean gastronomy, prepared using innovative culinary techniques. The experience is complemented by an extensive wine list featuring both Croatian and international labels. Wine pairing is available to enhance each course of the tasting menu.

Restaurant Dante

Restaurant Dante offers an intimate dining experience inspired by global cuisine, interpreted through Mediterranean ingredients and Dalmatian culinary heritage.

The restaurant features a refined setting with up to 70 seats, creating a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere.

At the heart of the kitchen are traditional bread ovens where premium steaks and chef's signature dishes are prepared over fire, enhancing their natural flavours and textures.
